Because you tested the tank with water (good job), all you need to do is dry the tank well. If you had introduced fuel or anything other than water to test for leaks, you would need to clean out the residue with KBS Klean and rinse with water before drying the tank thoroughly.

Apply another coat of Tank Sealer following the directions, being sure not to let the Tank Sealer puddle or get thick — always drain out the excess.
