RustBlast contains a dye so it can be visually distinguished from KBS Klean, since both products are typically transferred into spray bottles for application. KBS Klean is clear, while RustBlast will have a visible color — commonly yellow, green, or blue depending on what dye is available at the time of production.
The color of RustBlast does not affect performance. Do not assume one color is stronger, more concentrated, or better than another — the dye is purely a visual identifier to prevent mixing up your products during use. The rust-dissolving and metal-etching chemistry of RustBlast is the same regardless of dye color.
