I'm using your galvanized RustSeal. It's thick and I know in the directions it says you can thin up to 10%. What will happen if I thin it more than 10%?

Yes, you can thin/reduce RustSeal more than 10% with KBS #1 Thinner or Xylene if that is desired.
Note: When reducing more than 10%, RustSeal could take longer to cure and more than 2 coats might be needed to get at least 5 mils of Dry Film Thickness which is desired for the ultimate rust protection.
