Fusion SEP - Self-Etch Primer

After using Fusion SEP, can I use an enamel paint and clear?

Yes, you can coat over Fusion SEP with an Enamel Paint (like Motor Coater) and then a clear coat (like our DiamondFinish Clear).

Let the Fusion SEP cure for 1 hours and then apply the enamel paint over the cured Fusion SEP.

I want to paint some brass objects. Does Fusion SEP etch and prime brass?

I have factory paint still on the surface. Can I go over it with Fusion SEP and then coat it?

Yes. Clean the old factory paint with KBS Klean and a green scotch brite pad to remove any loose, flaky paint. Rinse and let the surface get bone dry. Then dust a coat of Fusion SEP on the surface. Wait an hour and then you can coat over that surface with any coating including our Topcoats. You can also use RustSeal if the surface is not consistently exposed to sunlight.
