Yes, RustSeal and BlackTop in the Motorcycle Frame Coater Kit were both formulated to be brushed on as well and rolled and sprayed when that style of application is desired. RustSeal and BlackTop both have flow additives in them allowing the paint to flow out when brush to look like the surface has been powder coated.
