Can Cavity Coater be applied with an undercoating style schutz gun?

Yes, Cavity Coater is applied with an autobody undercoating type spray gun like the KBS Schutz Underseal Spray Gun with a KBS 48” 360° Spray WandCavity Coater contents may be poured into a clean container pot which fits your applicator gun. Apply a uniform coating of Cavity Coater to interior surfaces. For optimum protection, a 1 mil dry film is recommended. Varying air pressure and wand speed through cavity area will aid in determining coverage. Typically move at one foot per second.

Does Cavity Coater stop rust on internal cavities that already have rust?

Yes, Cavity Coater is ideal for internal cavities that are rusty. Cavity Coater will stop the rust and prevent it from getting any worse by isolating the cavity surface from the elements.

Can I apply Cavity Coater into the back side of the fuse and relay panels under the hood to prevent moisture from causing corrosion in the connections?

Yes, absolutely. You can spray the back sides of fuses and relays with Cavity Coater to prevent corrosion which commonly happens under the hood. That is an ideal application.

Can I reuse the Cavity Wand or is the Cavity Wand a single use item?

You can reuse the Cavity Wand almost indefinitely.

After each use, simply flush residual Cavity Coater from the Cavity Wand by inverting the Cavity Coater Aerosol can and spraying for 10 seconds to flush Cavity Wand. If you do this, the Cavity Wand will be ready to use the next time it is needed.
